A single agreement = one document, regardless of how many people sign it. If three people countersign one MSA, that is one document. We count documents created (and successfully delivered to a recipient), not signatures collected.
Free tier hard-stops at 10. Paid tiers continue to send and bill overages at the rate listed in the table — Starter $0.30/doc, Growth $0.20/doc. Scale is truly unlimited (subject to fair-use anti-abuse).
Yes. Pay annually and get two months free — effectively 16% off — on Starter, Growth, and Scale.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep what you paid for.
